My Next Kitchen Experiment

I love experimenting in the kitchen... I am not a very intuitive cook. I rely heavily on recipes and assume that it is accurate. The most difficult part for me in a simple recipe is statements like "add salt to taste". I know that different people have different preferences when it comes to saltiness of a dish... but I am always scared that I am going to add too much salt... and so invariably all my dishes end up with very less salt. But this recipe is by far the best I have seen: Boiled Water Recipe. I can't wait to try this one!!
